Computer Data Port Must Be Accessible

1. ELIGIBLE VANS:

  1. Any 4 or 6 Cylinder (MAX 3.8L) - No supercharged or turbocharged motors. FWD ONLY, no AWD or 4WD. Must be automatic transmission.
  2. Stock OEM unaltered engines and transmissions, all gears must work - no welded differentials.
  3. Exhaust must remain factory sized - catalytic converters may be removed.
  4. Batteries may be removed and securely fastened.
  5. Pump fuel only - NO RACING FUEL - Fuel pump must have shut-off switch (easy access for safety crew).
  6. Unaltered ECM, PCM, NO CHIPS, NO AFTERMARKET PROGRAMMING!

2. BODY:

  1. All glass except windshield must be removed, NO MIRRORS - Sunroof opening must be covered.
  2. Windshield can be replaced with Lexan.
  3. Body must remain stock with no gutting of any panels except for clearance for the driver's door bars.
  4. Unaltered hood, sliding door and hatch MANDATORY. Hood must be pinned (factory hinge okay). Under hood insulation must be removed.
  5. Hatch can be pinned, chained or welded shut. Sliding door can be chained or welded shut.
  6. NO ADDED WEIGHT!

3. SUSPENSION:

  1. NO MODIFICATIONS OF ANY KIND!
  2. Factory Stock or OEM: Steering & Components. Springs unaltered (no heating, cutting, stretching). No spacers or bumps. Struts factory or OEM replacements... strut covers removed and factory bumps removed.
  3. No rear stagger or tow in or out. Camber right front 2 degrees + or -. All other corners 0 degrees.

4. TIRES & WHEELS:

  1. Factory wheels only. Stock DOT Radial Tires with MIN 300 treadwear. Same size wheels all four corners. No wheel spacers. No staggered tires.

5. SAFETY:

  1. Full face style helmets are MANDATORY. DOT Standard, Snell approved. No motorcycle helmets.
  2. Full fire suit and gloves are MANDATORY.
  3. Racing seats are MANDATORY. No fiberglass seats. Your seat must be fastened to the horizontal bar that ties the roll cage together. The seat must also be bolted to the cage, if possible, floor or to the factory seat mounting track.
  4. 4 point racing harness MANDATORY. 5 point is recommended.
  5. Fire extinguishers are MANDATORY. Min 2LB rated mounted within reach of the driver.
  6. Roll bar over the driver's head is MANDATORY. Cages or bars shall be installed and constructed so the roll bar is higher than driver's head. Cage or bar must mount to the rocker panels and/or be bolted or welded to the floor.
  7. Driver's side door bars are MANDATORY. Minimum of 3. A 12" x 12" steel plate should cover inside or outside.
  8. No bars to pass through the front firewall. No front hoops. 2 bars to the rear strut towers are okay. The rear strut towers can be tied together. Nothing further back.
  9. Vans must have CHAIN or something similar as a lift point, front and rear, in the event that your van needs to be towed.
  10. Window net is MANDATORY. Must be welded or bolted to the door or framing. No tie wraps.
  11. Quick release steering wheel is okay.
